The second Wednesday of every month, from 4 to 6pm, we open our doors and welcome our friends to join us for light refreshments and uplifting conversation.
Each month we invite a notable guest from the Chicagoland community to offer a few remarks at 5pm. Come for as long as you like, and please bring friends - all are welcome!
This month we welcome Rev. Marilyn Pagán-Banks, Executive Director of A Just Harvest, whose mission is to fight poverty and hunger in the Rogers Park and greater Chicago community by providing nutritious meals daily while cultivating community and economic development and organizing across racial, cultural and socioeconomic lines in order to create a more just society.
Please RSVP through this site, so we know how many to expect - but feel free to join us (and bring a friend) even if you don't have a chance to RSVP.
The event is free - there will be wine, there will be cheese, and there will be fantastic conversation. We're looking forward to seeing you!
